Welcome fellow childcare provider!

We are looking for passionate and amazing childcare candidates. If you love working in childcare and want to work side by side with great families in New York City. We welcome you. 


  • You must be at least 21 years of age

  • Must be legal and Authorized to work in the US.

  • Must be paid legally on the books. 

  • At least a  3 year paid childcare work in a private household.

  • Excellent childcare references both written and oral. 

  • Have a background in childcare education or equivalent childcare training in a legit organization. 

  • Have an updated CPR/AED license.

  • Willing to use or explore different technology related to childcare. Like new parenting apps and baby’s gadgets and gears for the whole family.

  • Proficient in English. Having a second language is absolutely welcome.

  • Willingness to agree on a criminal background check and Social Media accounts. 

  • Able to travel for local and international travel if agreed upon.

  • Must be able to obtain a Valid Passport and driver's license, if needed.


Our Nanny Employment Agency was created and managed by nannies in New York city. We are very active in the childcare community and advocate for a good healthy working environment for both childcare employers and employees .We believe that having open communication and agreements early on in the relationship contributes to a successful home working environment.


We will also provide information about how childcare work benefits are beneficial for both, domestic employers and to its child care employees.

Based on INA (International Nanny Association ) a non-profit organization, for the in home childcare industry, most nannies receive, both live-in and live-out, typically include:

  • Two weeks of paid vacation each year

  • 8 to 10 paid holidays off

  • Health insurance or a percentage of their health insurance premium paid for as a non-taxable benefit.

  • Fare reimbursement /Use of employer’s car during working hours.

  • Paid sick days.

In addition to these standard benefits, some nannies also receive:

  • Contributions to retirement plans (401K)

  • Annual bonuses

  • Paid professional development days.

  • Reimbursement for professional expenses for child care trainings like a CPR/AED certificate license.
