Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your standards, and we want to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a safe and happy return experience: 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for baby tableware items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be qualified for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same state that you got it. Any item not in its original state, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be qualified for a return. 

2. Safe Return Packaging:

For the safety of our customers and to ensure that the goods are returned in the best condition possible, please package the things securely. We suggest using the original packaging materials, if possible. Make sure to include all parts, extras, and the original packing slip before closing the package. 

3. Return Process:

To start a return, please follow these steps: 

  • Contact our customer support team to tell us about your plan to return the item. 

  • Ship the item(s) to the address given by our customer support team. Please ensure that the package is properly protected to avoid damage during transit. 

4. Refund or Exchange:

Upon getting and inspecting the returned item, we will tell you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If accepted, refunds will be handled to the original way of payment within a reasonable timeframe. If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the new item to you at no extra cost. 

5. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain things are non-returnable, including gift cards and personalized or customized goods, unless they come broken or faulty.


6. Shipping Costs: 

Shipping costs for returning things are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., you got an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a free shipping label for the return.
